How is the biometric fingerprint module produced?
1. Design
The designer will design the looking and internal structure diagram.
2. Produce the fingerprint sensor, put the silicon into the machine and melt it with high-temperature. Add the conductive layer, coat and mold to make better conductivity, ESD-free and durability. After that and cut the LGA to fixed size.

Product the PCBA, Designer will design the PCBA and product it. According to Equipment for chemical etching, deposition, photolithography and soldering of modules to produce the Board meeting the standard.
4. Assemble the accessories. Assemble the fingerprint sensor and circuit board,the connectors and wiring are fixed by soldering method, the assembled fingerprint module is put into the fixed module and encapsulated by mechanical or manual operation.
5. Testing and debugging, the assembled module will be connected to the test equipment, the function and performance of the test, and adjust the parameters, after testing and debugging, to ensure the quality and stability of the module module.
6. Packaging and labeling, quality control through the module will be packaged and labeled, usually, electrostatic packaging will be used to protect the safety and integrity of its internal electronic components.
7. Comprehensive quality inspection, the packaged fingerprint module will undergo a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure that the product's appearance, functionality and performance meet the requirements, if any quality problems are found, the product will be returned to the maintenance area.
8. Factory shipment, after the quality inspection of the qualified fingerprint module will be packed in boxes and labeled with the relevant shipping mark, the products will be transported by the logistics company and delivered to the customer's hands.
